RSM Richter is one of the largest independent accounting firms in Canada. The firm offers accounting and business advisory services, primarily to mid-sized companies. Based in Montreal, it includes 47 partners and 350 employees. It is also a member firm of RSM International, the sixth-largest network of accounting and consultancy firms in the world.
In 2011, Bottom Line magazine listed RSM Richter as the ninth-largest accounting services firm in Canada. The Financial Post also listed RSM Richter in 9th place, in its annual listing of the Top 500 companies in Canada (FP500).
